Spring into the Market

Market Update March 31, 2018

As you can see from the update, (shown below) the sales are the same or almost the same as last year in both Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. This has been along time coming and for me, I finally have some exciting news for my sellers! The amount of homes on the market also appears to be reduced from last year. There were several homes that have had expired listing times, and I anticipate many of these homes will be re-listed on MLS in the coming days. Also, this time of the year an increase of homes come on the market in anticipation of the spring selling season.
